Pear Tree is expanding into the United Kingdom and we're looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Country Manager to lead the launch.
This is a rare opportunity to build and own an entirely new market — working directly with the founders to establish Pear Tree's presence in the UK from the ground up.
We're not looking for someone to manage an existing business. We're looking for someone to build one.

The Role
As Pear Tree's first UK hire, you'll be responsible for driving growth, winning new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and building the foundations of our UK operation.
Initially, much of your activity will focus on converting inbound opportunities generated through our marketing, referral, and partnership channels. But this isn't a role for someone who waits for leads to come in. You'll also be expected to help develop and execute an outbound growth strategy that can scale alongside the business.
This is a hands-on commercial role. You'll be expected to win business yourself before eventually recruiting and leading a high-performing UK team.
