This is not one of them.
PeoplePartners is hiring an experienced L2/L3 IT Support Engineer (MSP) to support one of Australiaโs fast-growing Managed Service Providers. This role is built for someone who enjoys solving real technical problems, communicating clearly with clients, and keeping businesses running smoothly across diverse environments.
You will support Australian clients remotely across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, networking, firewalls, email systems, RMM, PSA, and endpoint security tools.
No two days will look the same, and that is exactly the point.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets.
Provide timely IT support to MSP clients.
Troubleshoot cloud, infrastructure, networking, firewall, and endpoint issues.
Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, and email environments.
Maintain accurate ticket notes, documentation, and time entries.
Communicate proactively with customers during issue resolution.
Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership.
Use PSA and RMM platforms to manage support activities.
Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.
Participate in team meetings and support reporting activities.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
2+ years of MSP experience.
Strong Level 2 IT support experience.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Exposure to Azure, Intune, AutoPilot, and Active Directory.
Windows Server administration experience.
Networking and firewall troubleshooting skills.
Experience using PSA and RMM platforms.
Strong written and spoken English.
Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.
