The job

As a German-speaking Sales Development Representative in the SaaS sector, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities and connecting with potential clients in the German-speaking market.

You will play a key role in the early stages of the sales process by building relationships, qualifying leads and booking product demos for the Account Executive team.

The role offers excellent long-term growth opportunities, especially as this is a newly established market and position within the company.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Identifying relevant companies and decision-makers in the German-speaking market

  • Reaching out to potential clients through different communication channels

  • Creating interest in the company’s SaaS platform and solutions

  • Qualifying leads and booking product demonstrations

  • Conducting first conversations with prospective customers to understand their needs

  • Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams

  • Using CRM and sales tools to manage outreach and track performance

  • Supporting outreach campaigns and improving sales processes

Working schedule

Full-time permanent role with standard Monday to Friday office hours.

The onboarding and training period lasts approximately 4 weeks and is conducted in English.
