Beyond delivering high-end AI, data, and bespoke software solutions for our clients, we invest in and nurture a diverse portfolio of companies across fintech, healthcare, and sustainability.

Join us to operate at the absolute edge of innovation, where the work you do today shapes the industries of tomorrow.

The Role

We are seeking a consultative Technical Delivery Manager with a proven history of steering complex software projects toward success. In this role, you will bridge technical execution, product ownership, and client engagement, specifically within our EdTech, Moodle, and LMS ecosystem landscape.

You will lead multi-disciplinary squads (engineering, UX, product) while acting as a champion for Lean methodologies, XP engineering, and a robust DevOps culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Teams: Guide an engineering and product squad to ensure precision in quality and timing, while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and automation.

  • Manage Products: Partner with stakeholders to architect product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Own Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations, removing delivery blockers, and driving operational stability.

  • Commercial Oversight: Manage account finances, including budget forecasting and margin tracking, to ensure project profitability.

  • Measure Success: Provide transparent internal and client-facing reporting utilizing DORA metrics to evaluate project health.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Criteria:

  • EdTech Expertise: Direct experience in digital education technology, including Moodle integrations, LMS architectures, and institutional e-learning platforms.

  • Agile & DevOps Delivery: Deep understanding of Lean delivery, XP engineering practices (CI/CD, test-first development), and API-driven architectures.

  • Tooling Proficiency: Expert tracking skills using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps, with a solid grasp of DevSecOps frameworks.

  • Client & Financial Management: Proven experience in consultancy or professional services running client journeys, commercial budgets, and resource allocation.

  • AI & Modern Workflow: Comfort integrating AI productivity tools (like Cursor or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate prototyping.

  • Bid Support: Experience contributing to project bids, RFP responses, and technical estimation.

What’s in it for You?

  • Meaningful Projects: Build scalable solutions that impact learners and institutions globally.

  • Collaborative Culture: Work with a global, forward-thinking team that values transparent communication, zero bureaucracy, and engineering excellence.

  • Competitive Package: To be finalized during your initial consultation with our talent acquisition team.
