Role: connectivity & Network Engineer
Location: Full Remote
Required skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Telecommunications, with leadership or coordination responsibilities;
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar field;
- Strong knowledge of communications theory and RF fundamentals;
- Proven experience across 2G, 3G, 4G, and strong expertise in 5G NR technologies;
- Deep understanding of 3GPP standards, RAN features, mobility, signaling, and optimization processes;
- Extensive hands-on experience in RF optimization, performance management, and capacity planning, especially in LTE and 5G environments;
- Strong knowledge of RAN KPIs, counters, parameters, and performance impact analysis;
- Experience with mobile network lifecycle activities such as rollout, swaps, and modernization projects;
- Experience working in multi-vendor network environments;
- Strong expertise with Planning & Optimization tools such as ATOLL, TEMS Discovery, NetAct, U2020, and Performance Manager;
- Experience with Initial Tuning, Drive Test analysis, Cluster Optimization, Network Audit, and KPI Monitoring activities;
- Experience leading network benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Knowledge of Open RAN concepts is a plus;
- Knowledge of BI tools, data processing, SQL, and scripting languages such as Python is a plus;
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis skills;
- Ability to lead technical discussions, workshops, and customer-facing engagements;
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with experience guiding technical teams;
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- High sense of responsibility, ownership, and proactiveness;
- Fluent English communication skills (B2+ mandatory);
- French or Spanish is a plus.
