Role: Enterprise Field Engineer

Location: Remote, Portugal or Brazil

Required skills:

• Experience delivering technical advisory or consulting engagements for enterprise customers;
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe CX Enterprise solutions;
• Experience with solutions such as RTCDP, AJO, CJA, AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Workfront, CSC, or EDS;
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation processes;
• Experience conducting structured technical assessments and presenting recommendations to stakeholders;
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation, roadmaps, and recommendation reports;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience working in customer-facing environments with technical and business teams;
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and enterprise architectures;
• Understanding of data governance and GDPR requirements;
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and shifting priorities;
• Adobe certifications are a plus;
• Fluent English communication skills;
• Additional European languages such as Spanish, German, French, Dutch, or Italian are a plus.
