Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer contacts exclusively in French via phone, email, and chat

- Resolve queries related to electric vehicle services and mobility products

- Ensure high quality interactions with C2/native-level French throughout

- Adhere to a 24/7 rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays

- Complete a 6-month contract with the potential for renewal

- Collect equipment in person if located within 50km of the Braga office

What We're Looking For:

- French at C2 or native level — absolutely no accent tolerated

- No English required for this role

- Already residing in Portugal (no relocation support available)

- Comfortable with rotating 24/7 shifts including nights and weekends

- Self-motivated and able to work effectively from home

- Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
