About the role

Join a fast-growing, international team in sunny Athens as our next German-Speaking Customer Advisor. We support your move to Greece with a full relocation package — or if you're already in the country, you can work remotely from anywhere in Greece after onboarding.

You'll be the go-to contact for our German-speaking customers, delivering top-tier support and creating real loyalty.

Your responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally, always putting the customer first
  • Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities where relevant
  • Escalate complex cases in coordination with internal teams
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date in the CRM

What you bring

  • Native or C1/C2 German, written and spoken
  • Good English skills (B2+)
  • Experience in customer service, support, or sales
  • Strong communicator with a genuine service mindset
  • EU work authorization or right to work in Greece
