Are you passionate about travel and helping others? Do you speak Czech fluently? We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our international customer service team in the heart of Athens!

Your Role as a Customer Advisor:

As a trusted Customer Advisor, youll be the first point of contact for customers, offering support and solutions that make their experience seamless and stress-free.

What Youll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries via phone or email

• Accurately log issues, feedback, and requests in our customer service database

• Handle complaints in line with company policies and ensure timely resolutions

• Troubleshoot issues using support documentation, system tools, and your own problem-solving skills

• Recommend solutions and provide helpful information to resolve common questions

What We´re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or higher

• Fluent/C2 level of Czech

• Proficient in English (C1 level)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
