Title: Sr Data Analyst
Location: Remote nationwide

Must have experience:

• 10 years experience as a Data Analyst working at large orgs, with large data systems/infrastructure
• PowerBI
• Tableau
• Analytics
• SQL Data Analysis
• Programming which can include PowerShell, Python, Java, etc
• Well versed in probability and statistics
• Data Management and Warehousing
• Dashboarding and Visualization
• Data model design
• Microsoft Azure and Active Directory data sources and structure
• High level understanding of IT infrastructure and complex systems
• Presenting dashboards to leadership and business partners
• Data connection into major infrastructure systems

Nice to have experience:

• Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager
• Unified Endpoint Management
• IT Operations

Collect aggregate data from multiple sources from KP and vendor systems of record to create trending dashboards. Interpret the data and provide assessments to answer business driving questions. Develop ad hoc reports. Fast paced environment must be able to turn around work quickly through multiple data sources. Present the data to business leaders in a clear and concise manner.

Accurate data analysis is key to the management and support of endpoint operations to ensure the stability of the environment, patching security, and compliance. The environment includes 350K laptops and desktops, over 80k mobile devices with over 6 discrete data sources.

The Group:

• This group focuses on 3 categories. End Point OS currency:
  • Patching, OS upgrades
    • Windows 10 – make sure everyone is on the latest build from Microsoft
    • Just completed major project to eliminate and upgrade all prior builds
  • Device Modern Management
  • Mobile devices
• Clean Up services of all devices so that every device is operating on the latest MS Window version
• Working on 20H2 project to get whole org up to standards
• Device Modern Management – breakaway from typical set up or imaging. This is used to create a direct ship model that comes from vendor ready to self-configure and allows user to configure own platform by logging in with credentials
• 360000 devices / 60000 mobile devices / 1000s of direct ship service devices
