Job Summary: Are you a motivated attorney looking to gain hands-on litigation experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment? Join our growing regional law firm, where you'll manage legal matters from start to finish, advocate in court, and help protect the interests of our clients in the field of creditors' rights.
  • Location: Remote – must reside in Northern Virginia (Fairfax County area)
  • License Requirement: Active Virginia Bar license required

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of legal cases from initial filings through post-judgment actions.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare clear, persuasive written communications.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings throughout Virginia.
  • Negotiate case resolutions with opposing counsel.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Attorney and legal team to track case progress and outcomes.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Virginia.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently.
  • Willingness and availability to travel to courts across Virginia as needed.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
  • 0–3 years' experience in bankruptcy, collections, or civil litigation.
  • Licenses in other states such as GA, SC, TN, FL, MD, MI, OH, or UBE passage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
