Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience:
    • 2-5 years of technical support experience in the connector/interconnect industry (design wins preferred).
    • Familiarity with interconnect systems, controllers, ESS/EV charging, or battery/module systems.
    • Basic knowledge of industry standards (e.g., UL, EIA, IEC, Telcordia) is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in 3D modeling (Creo) and Product Data Management (Windchill).
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Skills:
  • Strong verbal/written communication (able to explain technical concepts to global teams).
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building.
  • Organized with sharp presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Customer Solutions:

  • Technical Support:

    • Collaborate with thermal/simulation teams and lab testing.
  • Product & Market Expertise:
    • Advise customers on emerging trends and competitive differentiation.
    • Build trusted relationships with key clients' engineering teams.
    • Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities for new products.
  • Travel: 30% required.
