Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IBM Content Manager / FileNet Developer with strong expertise in content management solutions and a solid background in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with document production applications and a deep understanding of the insurance industry's documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level solutions using IBM Content Manager and FileNet.
  • Work closely with business analysts and insurance domain experts to gather requirements and implement document workflows.
  • Develop and enhance Document Production applications to meet evolving business needs.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing FileNet-based solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and industry best practices in document management and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, system testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with IBM Content Manager and FileNet P8 platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of Document Production applications.
  • Proven experience in the Insurance domain, particularly with document workflows and processing.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience integrating FileNet with other enterprise applications.
  • Exposure to document scanning, imaging, and archival processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
