Job description

Following the expansion of publisher network, our client is seeking a collaborative, driven, and creative Publisher Development Manager to drive and manage an exciting portfolio of non-editorial Publisher prospects. You'll be passionate about selling and excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, you will use your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new customers including some of the largest publishers in the US, UK, EU, and APAC. Ideal champion would be incredibly professional, ambitious, self-motivated, outgoing, and has a positive attitude while being attentive to detail.
Base Salary : EUR €60,000 to €70,000

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in business development and/or account management, preferably with a large publisher or another technology platform for online advertising.
  • Good knowledge of various online marketing channels, including performance, display, PPC, SEO.
  • Familiarity with working with technologies and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in German and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Building lasting relationships with our publishers in Germany.
  • Acquiring new customers in the DACH area.
  • Optimizing account performance and opportunities to achieve the strategic goals of our publishers.
  • Creating and analyzing reports to monitor progress and present strategic recommendations.
  • Reviewing existing relationships and contributing to optimization strategies.
  • Pitching and on-boarding new potential publishers.
  • Setting up, monitoring, and logging customer account progress through internal systems and Excel reports.
  • Participating in conferences and industry events as well as client meetings.
Requirements:
