Recruiting Specialist - Remote, Washington, DC

Duration: 12 months

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, sourcing, screening candidates and managing internal clients.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture
  • Coordinate and manage interviews, including virtual/video interviews.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of related recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for various skillsets.
  • Proficient in high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consultative approach with clients, proven experience influencing others, and building strong relationships with senior business leaders and hiring teams.
  • Familiarity with multiple interview channels, including video (HireVue) technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, including Avature.

Preferred Skills:

  • Creative sourcing methods.
  • Experience with Ad-hoc reporting.
  • Experience working with PowerPoint and data tools.
