  • Over 5 years of experience with ServiceNow IRM, particularly in GRC processes and modules
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in risk management, GRC, or similar fields, showcasing a thorough understanding of enterprise risk and controls processes
  • Proven history of converting complex business requirements into precise, applicable specifications for extensive ServiceNow IRM deployments
  • Expertise in essential IRM functions including Risk Identification, Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA), Issue Management, Incident Management, Loss Events, and Controls Testing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow IRM suite and its functionalities, encompassing Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management
  • Deep familiarity with GRC and risk management frameworks and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation capabilities, able to connect effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading workshops, gathering requirements, and conveying intricate information to various organizational levels
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
  • We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be a subject matter expert in risk management processes, playing a crucial role in defining and documenting requirements for the ServiceNow IRM platform

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops and carry out process analyses to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Serve as the functional owner of the ServiceNow IRM solution to ensure it meets business goals effectively
