Instanda Business Analyst

This is a remote position.

• Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
  
• Strong understanding of Reinsurance and Workers’ Compensation processes.
  
• Familiarity with insurance product lifecycle and regulatory requirements
  

Requirements

• Process Mapping expertise with proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi)
  
• Ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops independently with stakeholders
  
• Strong analytical and documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with business and technical teams
  
• Experience working with US clients, with awareness of US insurance market practices
  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements for Instanda implementations. Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
  
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions independently.
  
• Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery of projects
  

• Instanda certifications or relevant insurance certifications will be an added advantage 
  
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
  
  

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
