- You will be an integral part of our growing team as an experienced PBS practitioner
- Work within a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists & Physiotherapists
- Work across and specialised or generalist caseload of adult and pediatric PBS
- Provide quality and committed community, clinic, and telehealth services to National 360's participants
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBA) and Develop behaviour support plans.
- Review and reduce restrictive practices in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.

- You hold a relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences)
- Endorsed as ‘Proficient’ or above against the PBS Capability Framework (evidence of letter of suitability from the NDIS Commission also required)
- You have full Australian working rights
- You have prior experience in community, private or acute settings.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s license
- You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
