We deliver our services to clients in their home, or in community locations such as school, work, or residential facilities. We also offer clinic services in some locations. Our telehealth services are Australia wide. Together, we’ll reach milestones along the way that build your independence. Job description

WHAT YOU’LL DO  
  • You will be an integral part of our growing team as an experienced PBS practitioner  
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists & Physiotherapists 
  • Work across and specialised or generalist caseload of adult and pediatric PBS 
  • Provide quality and committed community, clinic, and telehealth services to National 360's participants 
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBA) and Develop behaviour support plans. 
  • Review and reduce restrictive practices in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.

WHO YOU ARE 
  • You hold a relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences) 
  • Endorsed as ‘Proficient’ or above against the PBS Capability Framework (evidence of letter of suitability from the NDIS Commission also required) 
  • You have full Australian working rights
  • You have prior experience in community, private or acute settings. 
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s license 
  • You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
