  • Own creator acquisition, outreach, onboarding, activation, and ongoing collaboration with a wide network of micro-creators and affiliates.
  • Create scalable workflows for outreach, CRM, onboarding, content briefing, reporting, and performance tracking; collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the affiliate operating model (commission logic, etc.).
  • Stay on top of TikTok trends, viral hooks, UGC formats, and social commerce mechanics to identify what works and turn it into simple, repeatable creator briefs; leverage AI tools to enhance workflows and decision-making.

About the role:

BetterMe is now developing a new strategic growth direction for BetterMe Store: a TikTok-first creator affiliate program. This channel has the potential to become one of the key growth drivers for BetterMe Store in the U.S. market by building a scalable network of creators who generate authentic content and drive sales.

We are looking for a person who is ready to take ownership of this new direction, build the operating processes behind it, and grow into a leading role in the U.S. creator-commerce and e-commerce space.

Your impact:

  • Build and scale a TikTok-first creator affiliate program for BetterMe Store, creating processes from the ground up and turning the channel into a structured growth engine.

  • Own creator acquisition, outreach, onboarding, activation, and ongoing collaboration with a wide network of micro-creators and affiliates.

  • Create scalable workflows for outreach, CRM, follow-ups, onboarding, content briefing, reporting, and performance tracking.

  • Build and refine the affiliate operating model together with cross-functional teams: collaboration mechanics, commission logic, etc

  • Stay on top of TikTok trends, viral hooks, UGC formats, and social commerce mechanics to identify what works and turn it into simple, repeatable creator briefs.

  • Leverage AI tools across daily workflows — from market research, creator segmentation, and outreach personalization to content ideation and process automation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with influencer marketing, creative, content, analytics, e-commerce, and product teams to align the affiliate direction with broader business goals.

About you:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and core metrics; comfortable thinking in funnels, conversion, and unit economics.

  • Strong ownership and business mindset, with a focus on driving real results and commercial impact.

  • Hands-on experience working with TikTok as a channel, either through paid acquisition or creator collaborations.

  • Understanding of TikTok and UGC content: formats, hooks, and what drives engagement and conversion.

  • Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Strong project management and operational skills, with the ability to design, document, and scale processes from scratch.

  • AI-first mindset: actively using AI tools to work smarter and faster.

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with influencer and affiliate marketing mechanics at scale.

  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer products.

  • Exposure to the U.S. market or U.S.-based creator ecosystem.

  • Experience with growth marketing in product or D2C companies.
