Location: Remote (Global) Opportunity to Relocate to Dubai after 6 Months of Outstanding Performance

Salary (tax-free): AED 8,000 per month + Commission/Bonus

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive global affiliate partnerships for one of the fastest-growing proprietary trading firms in the world. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-impact affiliate growth strategies.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and agencies worldwide.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and commission structures.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise conversions, and ensure ROI.
• Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships with consistent communication.
• Identify growth opportunities through analytics and reporting.
• Represent the brand in affiliate communities with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in affiliate or partnership marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting ability.
• Existing affiliate network in trading, fintech, or finance is advantageous.
• Proven track record of driving measurable performance results.
