The Role
We're seeking an Affiliate Program Manager to craft outbound strategies that redefine lead generation. This isn't your standard role - it's a high-impact position blending corporate precision with cutting-edge outreach tactics across email, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. You'll dive deep into market research, craft hyper-targeted campaigns, and turn cold prospects into loyal partners, fueling our next wave of growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesScour the web and databases to build hyper-targeted prospect lists of 100+ qualified leads weeklyCraft and send personalized cold emails using tools like Hunter.io or Apollo for verification and scalingSet up and manage affiliate programs: recruit partners, negotiate deals, track commissions, and optimize for ROI using simple dashboardsQualify leads in HubSpot or similar CRM, nurture them with automated sequencesAnalyze campaign data weekly; track metrics like reply rates, conversion funnels, and CPL to refine tactics and hit aggressive targets
