Shipment tracking. Monitor incoming and outgoing hardware packages across our European sites. Keep
records up to date in the tracking system, follow up on stuck or delayed shipments, and flag anything that
needs attention before it becomes a problem.
RMA support. Help prepare outgoing RMA shipments end-to-end: verify serial numbers, write clear fault
descriptions, and confirm shipping labels are correct before dispatch. Keep the RMA register accurate so we
always know what is in flight with which vendor.
Vendor ticket support. Raise and follow up on support tickets in OEM portals (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, and
similar). Keep ticket details accurate, push for status updates, and make sure nothing slips between the
cracks during multi-step replacement processes.
Parts ordering assistance. Log tickets for replacement components, track them through to delivery, and
confirm the on-site team has what they need before the work window. Maintain a clean view of what is
ordered, what has arrived, and what is still outstanding.
