Responsibilities

  • Website SEO: Manage TD's website, landing pages, keyword research, on-page optimization; monitor GSC and GA4.
  • Social Media: Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; engage the I Love Dentistry FB group.
  • Paid Advertising & Content: Run and optimize Meta ad campaigns; manage monthly ad budget; test creative; outline articles, create lead magnets, and produce event recap PDFs and infographics.
  • Email Marketing & Analytics: Manage segmentation, scheduling, automations; report on performance; maintain marketing dashboard; deliver weekly/monthly reports; research new lead gen strategies; optimize landing pages, CTAs, and booking flow.

About Us:
Thriving Dentist (TD) helps US dental practice owners build profitable, fulfilling practices through coaching, community, and proven systems. We're home to the I Love Dentistry community (13,000+ dentists).

The Role:
Run TD's full marketing operation — website, SEO, organic/paid social, content, email, event promotion, and performance reporting. Hands-on work shaping copy, shipping campaigns, building landing pages, and analyzing data. You'll partner with coaching and operations teams to fill events, generate leads, and grow the brand.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Website & SEO: Manage TD's website, landing pages, keyword research, on-page optimization; monitor GSC and GA4
  • Social Media: Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; engage the I Love Dentistry FB group
  • Paid Advertising: Run and optimize Meta ad campaigns; manage monthly ad budget; test creative
  • Content: Outline articles, create lead magnets, produce event recap PDFs and infographics
  • Email Marketing: Manage segmentation, scheduling, automations; report on performance
  • Analytics: Maintain marketing dashboard; deliver weekly/monthly reports
  • Lead Gen & CRO: Research new lead gen strategies; optimize landing pages, CTAs, and booking flow
 
Who You Are:
  • 2+ years in digital marketing (coaching, consulting, or healthcare-adjacent a plus)
  • Degree/diploma in marketing or related field; CIM/SLIM progress an advantage
  • Proven paid social, SEO, and email marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting; familiar with Canva and Google Workspace
  • Meta and Google Ads experience highly preferred
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, results-driven, coachable
  • Dental industry knowledge is a plus, not a requirement
