Job description

Bizycorp Pvt Ltd promotes work-life balance through remote work, using collaborative technology to keep teams connected while employees serve clients from home. Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, content, paid, SEO, and referrals) to grow a paying membership base.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, sign-up funnels, and calls-to-action that convert visitors into members.
  • Design onboarding and lifecycle email journeys that activate and retain members and reduce churn.
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing events (webinars, panels, and virtual sessions) from concept to post-event follow-up.
  • Oversee members-only podcast promotion, including guest outreach, scheduling, promotions, and audience growth.
  • Create and manage promotional materials such as banners, social media graphics, email templates, and landing pages using tools like Canva, ConvertKit, and Stripo.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring content quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Repurpose content (resource kits, podcast episodes, and events) into engaging posts, clips, newsletters, and blogs.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships and referral collaborations to expand reach and audience engagement.
  • Track performance metrics (conversion, churn, lifetime value, and engagement) and provide actionable insights.
  • Communicate proactively with the founder and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and progress tracking.
  • Research and implement innovative strategies to attract, convert, and retain members.


Expected Qualifications & Skills:

  • A creative, out-of-the-box thinker who brings original ideas, not just polished execution.
  • A builder who can start things from scratch and turn a blank page into a working campaign.
  • A genuine passion to grow, personally and alongside the product.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of proven digital marketing experience, ideally managing campaigns independently.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, funnels and landing pages, content, and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing and paid ads (Google, Meta, or LinkedIn).
  • Experience growing a membership or subscription base is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools including Canva, ConvertKit, Stripo, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
  • Able to use AI effectively through prompt engineering (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable owning marketing end to end and running the day-to-day independently, working directly with a founder.

  • Remuneration - Starting from 90,000 LKR (Inclusive of Basic + Fixed allowances). You will be eligible for a probation confirmation increment after 06 months. (Conditions apply).
