Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing events (webinars, panels, and virtual sessions) from concept to post-event follow-up.
• Oversee podcast marketing, including guest outreach, scheduling, promotions, and audience growth.
• Drive lead generation through digital campaigns, events, and content marketing initiatives.
• Create and manage promotional materials such as banners, social media graphics, email templates, and landing pages using tools like Canva, ConvertKit, and Stripo.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring content quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth execution and progress tracking.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and audience engagement.
• Repurpose event and podcast content into engaging materials (posts, clips, newsletters, or blogs).
• Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and content teams to ensure lead quality and conversion success.
• Research and implement innovative strategies to attract and convert leads.

Expected Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of proven digital marketing experience, ideally managing campaigns independently.
• Strong expertise in event marketing, podcast promotion, and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience in email marketing and paid ads (Google, Meta, or LinkedIn).
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools including Canva, ConvertKit, Stripo, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under deadlines.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience mentoring or collaborating with marketing associates is an added advantage

Work Hours & Expectations

• Since we are a 100% virtual company, you can create a work schedule that is flexible for you (Conditions apply*)
• However, remember that since we deal with U.S clients, you are expected to work 4  hours during the day and 4 hours at night (this is non-negotiable).
• *Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must.  (The schedule is to be decided based on the requirements of the role and the company policies)
• You will be required to work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only.)
• You will be expected to be 100% committed to completing your work according to the given deadlines.
