Job description

We seek results-driven and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.
This is a business development and appointment-setting role. As a Sales Executive, your main goal will be to identify, qualify, and follow up with potential leads, then book qualified Marketing Strategy Meetings, also called MSMs, for our Account Executives.
You will speak mainly with doctors, clinic owners, office managers, and business decision makers in the US and Canada. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys outbound calling, follow-up,
working with targets, and building a sales career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and texting.
  • Follow up with warm leads, webinar attendees, old leads, and selected cold prospects.
  • Book qualified Marketing Strategy Meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Speak with doctors, clinic owners, office managers, and business owners mainly in the US and Canada.
  • Handle front desk staff and gatekeepers in a polite and professional way.
  • Clearly explain the value of a complimentary Marketing Strategy Meeting to prospects.
  • Confirm meeting details, including email, phone number, website, time zone, and meeting time.
  • Help reduce no-shows through proper reminders and follow-up calls.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all lead interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services and communicate their value clearly to prospects.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and adapt outreach strategies.
  • Work closely with team members to share insights, refine processes, and achieve collective goals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity targets, including outreach volume, follow-ups, and meetings booked.
  • Focus on working with clients and prospects primarily in the US and Canada.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or related role.
  • Experience working in the US/Canada/Australia/UK is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated and proven to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Experience using HubSpot (or a similar CRM) to track and manage activities.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and developing new relationships with potential clients.
  • Experience in healthcare/insurance or marketing services is a plus.
  • Ability to work Full-time, US hours (between 6.30 PM to 5.30 AM US EST Time) on a US Calendar
  • This role will require a high-speed internet connection and the ability to continue work during power interruptions.


Work Hours & Expectations

  • Since we deal with US clients, you are expected to work 8 hours a day, between 6.30 PM and 5.30 AM (this is non-negotiable).
  • *Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must.
  • You must work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only)
  • You must be 100% committed to completing your work according to the given deadlines.
