Our client is an established ecommerce infrastructure company operating in the custom gifting and print-on-demand space. Their platform enables ecommerce sellers, creators, and online stores to build and sell customized gift bundles without holding inventory by combining print-on-demand production, fulfillment, and branded packaging. With more than 200 customizable products available, the company is focused on helping online businesses easily create and distribute personalized gift products at scale.

The Creative Strategist will develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and marketing narratives that communicate the platform’s value proposition to ecommerce sellers and creators. This role focuses on shaping engaging digital campaigns, content strategies, and messaging that support platform growth and audience engagement.
Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that highlight the platform’s capabilities and benefits
Identify marketing angles that resonate with ecommerce sellers, creators, and online businesses
Collaborate with marketing teams to translate strategy into high-performing campaigns
Guide the development of short-form video content and social media campaigns
Identify trending content formats and storytelling approaches that drive engagement
Help shape the brand voice and messaging across digital marketing channels
Collaborate with designers, editors, and content creators to develop marketing assets
Provide creative direction for videos, advertisements, and promotional content
Ensure creative output aligns with brand positioning and campaign objectives
Partner with growth marketing teams to test creative concepts and messaging angles
Analyze campaign performance and identify high-performing creative strategies
Continuously refine and optimize creative approaches based on insights and results
2–4+ years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing
Experience working with ecommerce brands, creator platforms, SaaS products, or digital products preferred
Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
Ability to develop compelling creative concepts and campaign ideas
Experience collaborating with designers, editors, and content teams
Strong digital storytelling and brand messaging abilities
Data-aware mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance insights
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Consistent development of high-performing creative concepts and campaigns
Strong engagement across social media and digital marketing channels
Clear and compelling messaging around the platform’s value proposition
