Candidate Identification & Recruiting
• Partner with clients to support high-volume hiring across technical, professional, and engineering
roles
• Source candidates using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, networking groups, and professional
associations
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements
• Present opportunities to candidates and assist with offer discussions and negotiations
• Prepare and submit candidate profiles through client systems
• Coordinate interviews (internal and client), conduct reference checks, and support hiring decisions
• Guide candidates through the interview process to ensure a smooth, positive experience
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and industry networks to support ongoing hiring needs
• Actively promote roles through social media and professional platforms to attract top talent
• Follow client and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and quality
throughout the recruiting process
Recruiting Operations
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and activity tracking in the ATS
• Post and manage job openings across internal and external platforms
• Keep an organized, current pipeline to support active and future roles
• Adhere to established client and internal SOPs for documentation, submissions, and reporting
