Philippine Nutri-Foods Corporation (PNFC) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources function and help ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient HR processes across the organization.

In this role, you will provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to the HR team, including employee records management, recruitment coordination, payroll assistance, and general HR documentation. You will work closely with internal teams to help maintain compliance, improve employee experience, and support the continuous development of HR systems and processes.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and people-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field. At least one (1) year of relevant experience in HR, administrative support, or related functions is required.

Strong organizational, administrative, communication, and time management skills are essential for this role. Exposure to Labor Law, payroll processes, employment equity regulations, and proficiency in Google Suite, online test platforms, and other HR software will be considered a strong advantage.

This is a work-from-home position (with occasional onsite meetings, trainings, etc.), and the successful candidate is expected to start immediately. Only applicants from NCR, Philippines shall be selected.
