Philippine Nutri-Foods Corporation (PNFC) is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented HR & Admin Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end HR operations and administrative support systems. This role is critical in strengthening our virtual workforce infrastructure, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
In this position, you will lead core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping, engagement, and compliance. Simultaneously, you will oversee essential administrative operations including asset management, vendor coordination, procurement, document control, and internal systems management. You will serve as a key driver in maintaining a well-organized, compliant, and high-performing remote organization.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in HR and administrative management roles.
Strong expertise in Philippine labor laws, compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, records management, and HR systems is required. High proficiency in Google Workspace and digital HR tools is essential, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills suited for a remote work environment.
