Your mission

As Head of Go-to-Market - Heartbeat AI, you own the commercial success of Heartbeat AI across all markets we operate in - from value proposition and pricing to launch execution and scaling what works. You lead and grow a team in Germany and orchestrate execution across product, marketing, sales, operations, and our partner ecosystem.


  • Own commercial success across markets: You own the business case and economic viability of Heartbeat AI in each market - from take rates and margin logic to revenue architecture. You make the calls that turn market presence into commercial performance.

  • Shape the offering today and define what comes next: You define the value proposition, bundle logic, and pricing architecture across our hardware, software, energy, and services portfolio. You sharpen what we sell, how it is packaged, and how it monetizes - and you define the next big thing we bring to market.

  • Define what makes us win in each market: You sharpen Heartbeat AI's competitive edge in each market by understanding local competition, where we differentiate, and how our value proposition needs to adapt. You translate that into the offer customers actually see.

  • Connect product, marketing, and sales: You align Heartbeat AI with marketing and sales - defining sales enablement, training, and the product requirements that come back from the field - so what we build and what we sell pull in the same direction.

  • Drive launch readiness and post-launch performance: You own end-to-end go-to-market, not just go-live: launch readiness, conversion performance, post-launch optimization, and scaling the setups that prove themselves commercially.

  • Build the partner landscape we rely on abroad: You identify, approach, and negotiate with third-party suppliers in each market for the parts of the system we build in-house in Germany, owning the commercial terms that let us scale reliably across geographies.

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team: You build, guide, and develop a team of go-to-market and project management specialists in Germany, setting the bar for how the function operates and scales.

  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution: You align stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, operations, partners, and commercial functions to turn strategy into decisions - and decisions into shipped, scalable outcomes.

Your profile

  • You bring 8+ years of experience in commercial, go-to-market, or growth leadership roles with clear ownership of business case, pricing, and commercial outcomes, ideally in a scale-up environment.

  • You have scaled offerings across multiple markets and know how to balance central commercial logic with local market realities.

  • You have shaped value propositions and commercial models end-to-end: pricing architecture, bundle and packaging logic, monetization design, and the economics that make them work.

  • You have shaped competitive positioning and understand how to translate market and competitor intelligence into sharper offerings.

  • You have led launches end-to-end and know how to drive post-launch performance - from sales enablement and conversion to scaling what proves itself commercially.

  • You have worked closely with marketing and sales functions, shaping enablement, training, and the product-requirement feedback loop from the field.

  • You have run commercial negotiations with third-party suppliers or partners and are comfortable owning the outcome end-to-end.

  • You have built and led a team of GtM, commercial, or project management specialists and know how to develop people while setting a high bar for execution.

  • You bring strong stakeholder management and execution skills - you align cross-functional teams across product, operations, and commercial functions and drive decisions without losing momentum.

  • Experience with complex B2C or B2B2C offerings in energy-tech, hardware-plus-software, or comparable categories is a strong plus.

  • You communicate clearly and concisely in English (C1/C2). German is a plus but not a requirement.

  • You operate with ownership and pragmatism - you make decisions with incomplete information, course-correct quickly, and bring others along.
