Shape project outcomes and drive specification success in the Saudi construction market. In this role, you influence material selection at an early stage by combining engineering expertise with structured market and project engagement across strategic industry sectors.
Your Tasks:
Act as the primary technical contact during specification and tendering phases, ensuring compliance with Saudi Building Codes, Mostadam, and local regulations
Provide technical consulting, product presentations, demonstrations, and training to consultants, key accounts, and project stakeholders
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants, specifiers, and decision‑makers in the Saudi market
Support project penetration through active site presence across tendering and live projects
Develop technical submittals, datasheets, and specification documents aligned with project requirements
Identify and pursue specification‑driven business opportunities to support agreed sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to refine specification and commercial strategies
Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to ensure a structured, transparent project pipeline and effective lead handover
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline
3–5 years of experience in technical sales, specification, or business development within construction‑related environments
Solid technical knowledge of passive fire protection, insulation, acoustics, or HVAC‑related products
Proven understanding of the Saudi construction market, key stakeholders, and applicable codes and standards
Experience influencing technical decision‑makers through compliant, evidence‑based solutions
Ability to translate technical requirements into clear specifications and submittals
Structured, analytical working style with strong stakeholder communication skills
Willingness to maintain regular site presence and engage actively across projects and accounts
