At Serving Immigrants, our mission is to provide compassionate, expert immigration legal services to clients across the United States. Led by Managing Attorney Magdalena Cuprys, we serve individuals, families, and businesses in areas including family-based petitions, business immigration, asylum, and humanitarian relief. With multiple offices and a fully bilingual team, our firm is built on the belief that everyone deserves a fair shot at building their future, regardless of background or circumstance.

We are growing fast, with a high volume of leads generated daily through our marketing efforts. Yet, without consistent leadership in intake and consultation, potential clients sometimes fall through the cracks. That’s where you come in. As our new Strategic Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in building a high-accountability, high-conversion intake department. You’ll channel the team’s passion into purpose by building the systems, strategy, and structure they need to succeed.

As the Strategic Sales Manager at Serving Immigrants, you will play a critical role in connecting prospective clients with the legal help they need. You will oversee the intake and consultation teams, manage performance metrics, and lead ongoing training to improve close rates and client satisfaction. Your work will directly impact the firm's revenue growth and client experience. You will also represent the firm at community events, serve as a bridge between marketing and intake, and help shape the future of our national expansion.

What you’ll do:

  • Intake & Consultation Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 11+ intake and consultation specialists. Set clear daily expectations, run team huddles, monitor call performance, and conduct weekly coaching sessions to maintain focus, motivation, and accountability.
  • Sales Strategy & KPI Management: Develop and implement structured sales processes, call scripts, and follow-up protocols. Track key performance metrics, including call volume, consultation bookings, show rates, conversion percentages, and follow-up success rates.
  • Training & Coaching: Provide consistent one-on-one and group coaching to enhance team members’ sales skills, including objection handling, tone, urgency, and empathy. Create a culture of continuous learning and improvement to increase conversion rates.
  • Lead Management & Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure a steady and quality flow of leads. Manage distribution, response times, and follow-up sequences to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Reporting & Performance Visibility: Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports that summarize team performance. Present data-driven insights to leadership and implement improvement plans where results lag.
  • Event Representation & Community Engagement: Attend community events, expos, and partnership programs as the firm’s representative. Network with potential clients and referral partners to promote Serving Immigrants’ mission and generate new business opportunities.
  • Systems Optimization & Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the intake and consultation process and design scalable solutions. Introduce or refine systems to improve scheduling, lead tracking, and client communication efficiency.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with operations and legal teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial intake to signed client. Maintain communication between departments to deliver a seamless client experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or training capacity. A background in managing sales or intake teams in high-volume, service-based environments such as law firms, call centers, or professional services is strongly preferred.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in driving conversions, building rapport with clients, and maintaining energy in a fast-paced sales environment. Skilled in balancing high call volume with personalized client engagement.
  • Coaching & Leadership: Experienced in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to reach performance goals. Promotes accountability, consistency, and ethical selling practices across the team.
  • Strategic & Process Thinking: Adept at designing, refining, and executing sales processes that align with overall firm objectives and enhance client experience. Focused on long-term growth through structure and repeatable success systems.
  • Data-Driven Management: Confident in tracking and analyzing KPIs, performance dashboards, and conversion reports. Uses data insights to identify trends, coach effectively, and improve outcomes.
  • Bilingual Communication: Bilingual English/Spanish communication is required. The ideal candidate can communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Ethics & Integrity: Committed to transparent, honest sales practices that prioritize client trust and compliance. Skilled in maintaining professionalism even in high-pressure situations.
  • Event Representation: Comfortable attending and presenting at community events, conferences, and expos. Capable of speaking confidently to diverse audiences and representing the firm’s mission with enthusiasm.
  • Remote Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, support, and evaluate remote teams through structured communication, clear expectations, and regular accountability practices.

Why you should work here:

  • Mission-Driven Firm: Your work supports a practice dedicated to helping immigrants build safer, more prosperous lives, with integrity, compassion, and legal excellence.
  • Growth Opportunity: Join a rapidly scaling law firm where your leadership can shape systems, drive results, and grow into senior strategic roles.
  • Leadership Role: Step into full ownership of the firm’s intake and sales function, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to a critical department.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work alongside visionary leaders who prioritize communication, accountability, and meaningful impact, both for clients and the team.
  • Diverse Team: Thrive in a multicultural, bilingual environment where inclusion is practiced daily and client connection is at the heart of everything.

Additional perks:
