Our clinicians have years of combined orthopedic physical therapy experience and have a personal concern for each patient. Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Vice President of Sales – Northeast to accelerate growth across one of our most critical regions. This highly visible executive role oversees multi‑state sales operations and enterprise growth initiatives, with direct accountability for regional strategy, performance, and results.

You will own the Northeast sales strategy and execution, driving sustainable revenue growth while building and inspiring a high‑performing sales organization. As a strategic partner to operational and executive leaders, you will align regional objectives with enterprise strategy and champion the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation and its affiliated entities.

What You’ll Do:

As a senior leader, you will shape strategy, drive execution, and influence growth across the Northeast region:

  • Set and execute regional sales strategy, aligning objectives, resource planning, and budgets with enterprise growth goals
  • Drive profitable revenue growth by exceeding targets for sales volume, market share, and key financial performance metrics
  • Build, lead, and inspire high‑performing sales, marketing, and business development teams through a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous development
  • Partner closely with operations and clinical leadership to drive change, strengthen collaboration, and support census growth
  • Elevate Upstream Rehabilitation’s market presence through community engagement and strategic brand awareness initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between senior leadership and the sales organization to ensure alignment and execution
  • Travel up to 50% to support regional teams, partners, and growth initiatives.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven executive‑level sales or business development leader, preferably within healthcare; Physical Therapy experience a plus
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and accountability in complex, multi‑objective environments
  • Demonstrated success building, coaching, and inspiring high‑performing sales teams and community partnerships
  • Financially savvy leader with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Exceptional communicator and presenter with strong critical‑thinking, organizational, and self‑management skills
  • Values‑driven leader who leads by example and demonstrates respect for human dignity and patient rights

Nice to Haves:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent senior‑level sales leadership experience.
  • Service‑industry sales experience with sustained sales growth and profitability results.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance models.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience presenting to Executive Leadership Teams, healthcare executives, and external partners.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000/year

Estimated pay ranges listed above are based on several factors including but not limited to your pay class, experience, background and geographic location of the clinic.
