  • Ability to manage a large client portfolio (100+ clients) and handle inquiries, prioritization and workload proactively
  • Strong business acumen to identify opportunities for account growth (additional roles, increased hours) and ensure adherence to company policies

  • Present quality-matched candidates from the recruitment team, facilitate and promptly follow up on interviews, and support discovery calls when required
  • Respond to client queries, manage workloads, and advocate for timely interview scheduling via calls, email and video (phone as first step)
  • Identify and convert opportunities to grow client accounts through additional roles, increased hours, and proactive relationship development while adhering to Virtual Coworker’s standards and policies

Job description
