Requirements:

  • Identify and engage top APAC talent and build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on requirements and drive efficient hiring outcomes.
  • Source candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, referrals) and maintain ATS data with high accuracy.
  • Provide insights on the APAC talent market and continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve effectiveness.

Talent Sourcer (6m+6m Contract)

The role

As a Talent Sourcer focusing on the APAC market, you play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent to support our growth. You partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure efficient hiring outcomes. You proactively source candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and referrals, while maintaining pipelines for current and future needs. You engage and attract passive candidates through targeted outreach, conduct initial screenings to assess fit and motivation, and manage candidate data in the ATS with high accuracy. In addition, you provide insights on the APAC talent market and continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve effectiveness.

This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Experience sourcing for tech or digital roles is a must
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) is a must
  • Knowledge of the APAC talent market, especially Singapore, Hong Kong, and Vietnam
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
  • Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Exposure to regional or international hiring environments is a plus
  • Interest in employer branding or talent engagement is a plus
