About AIP Connect

AIP Connect is a "refreshingly different" recruitment firm. We are born connectors who believe that behind every resume is a human story. We specialize in professional placements across a variety of industries and roles and move beyond algorithms to find the "authentic fit." We are looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant who is ready to dive deep into the art of talent acquisition and client partnership.

The Role

This is a high-touch, developmental role designed for someone who wants to master the full recruitment lifecycle. You won't just be finding names; you will be crafting the narrative for candidates and helping clients build world-class teams. You will be mentored by senior leaders, moving from back-end research to front-end client strategy and workshop delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Research

  • Market Mapping: Conduct deep-dive research into target industries to identify top-tier talent.

  • Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and our internal database to build diverse candidate pipelines.

  • Outreach: Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach messages that reflect AIP’s authentic and professional brand voice.

  • 2. Candidate Lifecycle Management

    • Shadowing & Interviews: Participate in and shadow senior-led interviews to learn the AIP Method of behavioral assessment.

    • Candidate Prep: Coach candidates for client interviews, providing them with deep insights into company culture, technical expectations, and fit nuances.

    • Reference Management: Conduct thorough, insightful reference checks that add qualitative value to the candidate profile.

    • Presentations: Develop compelling Candidate Presentation decks for clients, highlighting not just skills, but the human reason why they are a match.

    • 3. Client Advisory & Workshop Development

      • Workshop Creation: Assist in developing content and frameworks for client workshops (e.g., "Best Practices for Inclusive Hiring" or "Retention Strategies").

      • Insights Support: Gather market intelligence and salary data to help consultants advise clients on hiring trends.

      • Service Delivery: Ensure a seamless client experience from the initial brief through to the candidate’s first day.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a high-volume administrative/research role.

  • Research Savvy: You know how to dig. You are comfortable navigating LinkedIn and various digital tools to find hidden talent.

  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and writing skills. You can write a candidate bio that makes a client want to meet them immediately.

  • Agility: You can pivot from a data-heavy research project to a high-energy candidate coaching session without missing a beat.

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, or a related field.
