  • End-to-End Workplace Support: analyze and resolve error messages in Windows and Ubuntu environments
  • Automation and Deployment Optimization: leverage existing automations (software distribution) and contribute to deployment process improvements
  • Hardware Lifecycle Management: procurement and setup of notebooks and peripherals, plus repairs and hardware upgrades
  • Identity and Access Management and Onboarding Support: manage Google Workspace user accounts, maintain LDAP permissions, support security tools (Bitwarden, Yubikeys), and assist new joiners and internal events

As an IT Specialist in Workplace Management, you are the central point of contact for our employees. You ensure a modern, stable working environment and combine technical know-how with a strong service orientation. You don't just manage tickets; you actively help shape the digital work environment of our colleagues.

Your Tasks: Mastering Technology, Living Service

  • End-to-End Workplace Support: You are responsible for analyzing and resolving error messages in Windows and Ubuntu environments.
  • Automation & Optimization: You use existing automations (e.g., software distribution) and actively participate in the further development and optimization of our deployment processes.
  • Hardware & Lifecycle Management: From procurement and setup (notebooks, peripherals) to repairs (e.g., hardware upgrades), the lifecycle of our work devices is in your hands.
  • Identity & Access Management: You manage user accounts in Google Workspace, maintain permissions (LDAP), and support security tools such as Bitwarden and Yubikeys.
  • Onboarding & Events: You are the first point of contact for new joiners and provide technical support for our internal company events (All-Hands meetings).

Your profile

  • Education: Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Tech Stack:
    • Confident handling of Windows 11 and Ubuntu Linux on the desktop.
    • Experience in hardware troubleshooting and patch management.
    • Knowledge of tools such as ManageEngine, Snipe-IT, or Jira Service Management is a plus.
  • Personality: You are very outgoing and enjoy helping people with technical challenges. "Service" is not a duty for you, but an attitude.
  • Work Style: You work independently, in a structured manner, and keep a cool head even during peak loads.
  • Languages: International exchange is the standard for us: You are fluent in either German or English and have a solid foundation in the other language to competently support our team.
