  • Experience using systems/tools such as TMS, WMS, ERP, or ticketing platforms, with ability to coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with delivery partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve delays, exceptions, or customer issues; monitor shipment status and provide updates.
  • Perform operational tasks using systems such as NetSuite, TMS, Gladly, and other internal tools; handle customer communications via email, phone, and tickets.
  • Contribute to operational reporting, tracking, and process improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience.

Job description

We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a UK Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team to help shape the future of living - one thoughtful detail at a time. 

Operations at Castlery makes it all work streamlining processes and elevating every customer touchpoint.
 
Do note that this is a fully remote role on a 1-year contract basis.
 

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and return deliveries to ensure smooth operations and successful customer deliveries.
  • Work closely with delivery partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve delivery delays, exceptions, or customer issues.
  • Monitor shipment status and update customers or stakeholders when required.
  • Handle operational support tasks using systems such as NetSuite, TMS, Gladly, and other internal tools.
  • Support customers through email, phone calls, and ticketing systems with clear and professional communication.
  • Assist with operational reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks.
  • Support team projects and process improvements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, customer service, supply chain, or related work environments.
  • Comfortable coordinating with external vendors, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations.
  • Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.
  • Comfortable using systems and operational tools such as TMS, WMS, ERP, or ticketing platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks accurately.
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields is preferred

 

Working Hours:

This role supports the UK market and follows the below schedule:

  • 1pm – 10pm MYT (Non-Daylight Savings)
  • 2pm – 11pm MYT (Daylight Savings)
