  • Monitor and act on buyer intent signals using Warmly and enrichment tools; enrich data with Clay; build enrichment workflows; segment and prioritize target accounts based on ICP fit and engagement signals.
  • Partner with marketing to optimize website form conversions; implement lead capture tools and chatbots; develop lead scoring models; track top-of-funnel KPIs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot; analyze outbound performance; identify bottlenecks; deliver regular data-driven reports on pipeline health and outbound impact.

💼 About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, process-driven Revenue Operations professional to own and scale our internal outbound sales engine — fully remote from Mexico. You'll sit at the intersection of data, technology, and sales strategy — building the infrastructure that powers our pipeline, improving conversion at every stage of the funnel, and equipping the sales team with the tools and intent signals they need to close more deals.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You won't just analyze — you'll build, launch, and optimize.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing
Outbound Sales Infrastructure
  • Own and operate the full outbound tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Warmly, and HubSpot
  • Design, build, and optimize multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) in Outreach
  • Manage lead routing, territory logic, and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Implement automation workflows that reduce manual effort and boost rep productivity
Intent Signals & Data Enrichment
  • Monitor and action buyer intent signals using Warmly and similar platforms
  • Enrich contact and account data with Clay — build dynamic enrichment workflows across databases
  • Segment and prioritize target accounts based on ICP fit, engagement, and in-market signals
  • Maintain clean, complete, and enriched data flowing throughout the CRM at all times
Website Conversion & Top-of-Funnel
  • Partner with marketing to optimize website form conversions — A/B test CTAs, form fields, and placements
  • Implement and manage lead capture tools and chatbots to convert inbound traffic
  • Build lead scoring models that surface high-intent visitors to the sales team in real time
  • Track and report on top-of-funnel KPIs: traffic-to-lead rate, MQL volume, and lead quality scores
Reporting & Revenue Intelligence
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot giving leadership real-time pipeline visibility
  • Analyze outbound performance (reply rates, meeting rates, conversion) and drive improvements
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions
  • Deliver regular reports on outbound activity, funnel health, and pipeline contribution
✅ What You'll Need
Must Have
  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement
  • Proven experience owning and optimizing outbound sales motions end-to-end
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin or power user level)
  • Working experience with Outreach or a comparable sales engagement platform
  • Practical experience with Clay for data enrichment and automation workflows
  • Familiarity with intent data platforms — Warmly, 6sense, Bombora, or similar
  • Experience optimizing website conversion — forms, lead capture flows, CTAs
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable building dashboards and interpreting funnel data
  • Based in Mexico and available Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM CT
  • English proficiency (written and verbal) — bilingual (EN/ES) preferred
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI-powered prospecting and personalization at scale
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy
  • HubSpot Operations Hub or Marketing Hub certification
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Experience working closely with AEs and SDRs in a fast-growing SaaS or tech environment
