Job description

Revenue Manager (Remote | LATAM Only)

Summary:

We're hiring a Revenue Manager to own pricing strategy and revenue performance across a growing short term rental and hospitality portfolio.

This role is responsible for maximizing rate capture and RevPAR while protecting occupancy through data driven pricing decisions, demand forecasting, market intelligence, and disciplined revenue management.

We're looking for someone analytical, proactive, and highly accountable who has hands on experience managing pricing across short-term rentals, hotels, or multi unit hospitality assets.

What You'll Own:

  • Pricing strategy across the portfolio, including nightly rates, minimum stays, seasonal pricing, event pricing, gap-night strategy, and last-minute discounts.
  • Average Daily Rate (ADR) growth while protecting occupancy.
  • RevPAR growth across the portfolio.
  • Competitive positioning and market intelligence across different submarkets.
  • Demand forecasting based on seasonality, events, booking pace, and market changes.

Revenue & Pricing Strategy

  • Manage pricing across a portfolio of short-term rental and hospitality units.
  • Set and optimize nightly rates, minimum-stay requirements, seasonal pricing, event pricing, and last minute discount strategies.
  • Develop unit level pricing strategies rather than relying solely on portfolio wide rules.
  • Continuously evaluate pricing performance and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Identify opportunities where additional rate or revenue can be captured.

Revenue Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor key performance indicators including occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), RevPAR, booking pace, and lead time.
  • Grow ADR against seasonally matched historical performance while protecting booking volume.
  • Use RevPAR as a key measure of overall portfolio performance.
  • Analyze large data sets and reporting to identify pricing opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Evaluate the impact of pricing decisions and adjust quickly when performance data indicates a change is needed.

Market Intelligence & Forecasting

  • Monitor comparable properties and competitor pricing across relevant submarkets.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of how properties are positioned against their competitive sets.
  • Identify demand softness and surges early enough to adjust pricing proactively.
  • Track local events, seasonality, booking patterns, and market changes that may impact demand.
