ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

This is a newly created role to support our growing creative department. 

NPAccel is on the lookout for a dynamic and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our expanding design team. If you are brimming with creativity, have 1-2 years of experience in digital media graphic design, and are eager to dive into agency work, then this is the opportunity for you! 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of branding principles and thrive on creating designs that align with our clients’ digital presence. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, efficient, and constantly exploring cutting-edge design tools and trends. ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Createdigital marketing assets foromni-channel marketing platforms, campaigns,programsand channels, including but not limited to: Social ads, Google Display ads, GIFs,and Video.

  • Identifykey sections of written content that couldbenefitfrom visual enhancements and effectivelycommunicatingthese ideas to clients or team members.
  • Maintain consistently high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaboratewith the Creative, Paid Media, and Email teams to achieve clientobjectives.
  • Adhereto QA processes to ensure top-notch design quality.

ABOUT YOU 

  • 1-2years of graphic design experience, with a focus on digital design.
  • Demonstratedproficiencyin designingadmockups.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (particularly Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Canva
  • Photo editing, re-touching, and composite imaging
  • Working knowledge of typography, design, color theory, layout, composition
  • A passion for creative thinking and theability to execute unique ideas whilemaintainingbrand consistency.
  • Proficiencyin design tools and best practices to streamline workflows and ensure precision.
  • A solid understanding of branding principles and practices.
  • High attention to detailand organizational skills.
  • Adherence to timelines and budget goals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player eager to collaborate.

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION 

  • Base Salary: 7-10 Lakhs per month = 840,000 to 1,200,000 per year; depending on experience and skills
