Roles & Responsibilities

  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French; bilingual French/Dutch highly preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales management, training or coaching (training, team lead, coach, QA)
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching, with familiarity in call center sales metrics (gross conversion, net conversion, sign ratio, and AHT)

Requirements:

  • Analyze call recordings, performance data, and KPIs to identify strengths, gaps, and coaching opportunities for individual agents and teams
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, group training workshops, role-playing exercises, and real-time call support to enhance sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge
  • Develop and deliver customized training materials for both new hires and ongoing development, including campaign briefs, sales pitches, scripts, and knowledge articles
  • Collaborate with team managers and quality assurance to track progress, report on training effectiveness, and recommend process improvements

Your mission at WorkNomads: 

  • Analyze call recordings, performance data, and KPIs to identify strengths, gaps, and coaching opportunities for individual agents and teams.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, group training workshops, role-playing exercises, and real-time call support to enhance sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.
  • Develop and deliver customized training materials for both new hires and ongoing development
  • Create campaign briefings, sales pitches, sales scripts & sales-focused knowledge article
  • Collaborate with team managers and quality assurance to track progress, report on training effectiveness, and recommend process improvements.
  • Analyze sales KPIs & outbound campaigns, both on team level & advisor level

Requirements

We want to hear from you if you: 

  • Speak English as well as Dutch or French, but bilingual French/Dutch is highly preferred
  • Have at least 5 years experience in sales
  • Have at least 2 years experience in sales management, training or coaching (training, team lead, coach, QA)
  • Have proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching, with familiarity in call center & sales metrics, such as gross conversion, net conversion, sign ratio and AHT
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written & spoken
  • Have excellent soft skills
  • Are proficient with Excel & PowerPoint; experience creating trainings 
  • Have familiarity with relevant coaching frameworks, such as SMART
  • Have a passion for continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting 
  • Have a team player mentality and believe no one should be left behind regardless of background
