Job Overview
We are looking for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer with 2–3 years of
experience to monitor, manage, and support cloud infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure.
The candidate will monitor Azure environments, respond to alerts, resolve incidents, and
coordinate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Development teams to ensure high availability
of services.
Key Responsibilities
1.Monitor Azure infrastructure, applications, and network services.
2.Respond to alerts, incidents, and service disruptions.
3.Perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
4.Escalate issues to DevOps, Cloud, or Application teams when required.
5.Track incidents using ticketing systems (Jira, etc.).
Azure Infrastructure Monitoring
1.Monitor Azure Virtual Machines
2.Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
3.Storage Accounts
4.Azure App Services
5.Azure SQL / Databases
6.Load Balancers / Application Gateway
7.Networking (VNet, NSG, VPN Gateway)
8.Track CPU, Memory, Disk, and Network utilization.
Alert Management
1.Analyze alerts generated from Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
2.Validate alerts and take corrective actions.
3.Escalate critical alerts to appropriate teams.
Basic Troubleshooting
1.Check service availability.
2.Restart services when required.
3.Verify VM health and connectivity.
4.Investigate logs and metrics.
5.Perform basic network troubleshooting (Ping, NSLookup, Port connectivity).
6.Documentation & Reporting
7.Maintain incident logs and resolution steps.
1.Prepare daily/weekly reports for system availability.
2.Document SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
Required Skills
1.Basic understanding of Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage.
2.Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
3.Basic Linux and Windows server administration
