Manage client emails: review, triage, and respond on the client’s behalf, and maintain organized communication
Schedule and maintain calendar: set up appointments/meetings, establish a calendar system, and ensure calendar discipline to meet deadlines
Track due dates and daily preparation: monitor deadlines related to court reporting work and prepare tasks and communications for the next day
Handle payments and confidentiality: manage payment processing and financial tracking (e.g., payments to proofreaders) using spreadsheets while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive court-related information

• Email Management — Review, triage, and respond to emails on behalf of the client
• Calendar Scheduling — Set up and maintain a calendar system (currently non-existent) and schedule appointments/meetings
• Due Date Tracking — Monitor and track important deadlines related to court reporting work
• Payment Processing — Manage and track payments to proofreaders via spreadsheet
• Organization and Setup — Independently establish organizational systems for email, calendar, and financial tracking
• Daily Preparation — Prepare Comfort for the next day by organizing tasks and communications
• Confidentiality — Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive court-related information, including case details, transcripts, and personal information
• Attention to Detail — Compensate for client's self-described forgetfulness by maintaining strong calendar discipline and organizational standards
