Education Recruitment Resourcer (Fully Remote)
Location: Fully Remote (South Africa-based)
Salary: R13,000 – R20,000 per month + commission
Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time, 52 weeks per year)
Reporting to: Resource Manager
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative, and fully remote recruitment environment focused on the education sector.
As a Resource Consultant, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with sales, compliance, and hiring teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality recruitment experience.
This role is best suited to someone with proven recruitment experience, who thrives in a detail-driven environment and is looking to further develop their career within education recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-End Recruitment Support
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from advertising roles to interview coordination and onboarding
Write, post, and manage engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
Maintain accurate trackers and provide regular pipeline updates
Candidate & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging experience
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including sales consultants, compliance teams, and managers
Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process
Compliance & Administration
Ensure all candidates meet compliance standards (right to work, vetting checks, documentation)
Maintain accurate records across recruitment systems and databases
Manage inboxes, documentation, and admin processes with exceptional attention to detail
Attraction & Recruitment Marketing
Monitor job advert performance and suggest improvements
Work with marketing to enhance candidate attraction strategies
Explore and implement innovative sourcing methods
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house) – essential
Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
Desirable Experience
Education recruitment experience
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Confidence writing job adverts for different audiences
Familiarity with e-signature tools (e.g. Adobe Sign)
