• Deliver engaging ITIL training aligned with the PeopleCert framework and curriculum

• Support learners through exam preparation with structured guidance, practice questions, and course materials
  

What We’re Looking For

• ITIL Certified Trainer accreditation through PeopleCert (essential)
  
• Strong background in IT Service Management and ITIL best practices
  
• Proven experience delivering ITIL training within corporate or professional environments
  
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  
• A structured, learner-focused approach to delivering complex content
