  • Experience reviewing commercial contracts and terms in an international business environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).

Requirements:

  • Review, draft, and manage recruitment-related agreements (client terms, MSAs, permanent/contract placements, and vendor agreements) ensuring alignment with policies and objectives and identifying risks.
  • Provide commercial and operational contract support to sales, delivery, and operations; maintain consistency across templates and ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Ensure contracts meet legal, regulatory, and cross-border compliance requirements and maintain accurate records with version control.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, compliance, sales, and delivery teams to provide guidance on contract-related matters and mitigate business risk.

Contracts Specialist (Spanish Speaking)


Location: Remote – Mexico

Overview


We are a fast-growing international recruitment business seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the management of client and candidate contracts across multiple markets. This role is important to ensuring commercial protection, compliance, and operational efficiency as the business continues to expand globally.

The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing and managing contracts in an international business environment, strong attention to detail, and confidence working with commercial terms and agreements. Recruitment industry experience is highly valued, and prior contract negotiation exposure would be considered a strong advantage.

You will work closely with leadership, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to support contract processes and help mitigate business risk.



Key Responsibilities


Contract Review & Management


Review, draft, and manage a range of recruitment-related agreements, including:

Client terms & conditions
Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Permanent and contract placement agreements
Vendor and supplier agreements
Support contract discussions with clients and partners, ensuring agreements align with company policies and commercial objectives.

Assist with identifying contractual risks and escalating concerns where appropriate.



Commercial & Operational Support


Support internal stakeholders with contract-related queries and documentation.

Work closely with sales, delivery, and operations teams to ensure smooth contract execution.

Help maintain consistency across commercial agreements and templates.



Compliance & Risk Management


Ensure contracts meet relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements across international markets.

Partner with compliance stakeholders on contract reviews and process improvements.

Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and version control.



Stakeholder Collaboration


Collaborate with:


Senior leadership
Compliance stakeholders
Sales, operations, and delivery teams
Provide clear and practical guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.

Requirements


Required Experience & Skills


Essential


2–4 years’ experience in contracts administration, contracts coordination, recruitment, legal team support, or a similar role.

Experience reviewing commercial contracts and terms & conditions in an international business environment.

Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.

Comfortable working with international and remote teams.

Able to work EST-aligned hours.

Ideally able to invoice us & manage your own taxes (already have a business registered, to carry this out)


Nice to Have


Recruitment industry experience (agency or in-house).

Exposure to LATAM markets or international recruitment businesses.

Experience supporting contract negotiations.

Familiarity with UK or US commercial contracting frameworks.

Exposure to compliance-heavy or regulated environments.
