The Marketing & Partnerships Associate will be responsible for executing outbound partnership efforts and supporting email marketing campaigns to drive top-of-funnel growth. This is a highly execution-focused role where the primary objective is to secure partnerships and book collaborative opportunities, while continuously optimizing outreach and campaign performance.
Partnership Outreach & Lead Generation
Execute high-volume outbound outreach via email and social media (primarily Meta DMs) to secure partnerships
Identify and build targeted lists of potential partners aligned with the company’s ICP and audience
Drive conversations toward scheduling webinars and collaborative opportunities
Manage follow-ups and maintain a consistent outreach cadence to maximize conversion rates
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
Create and execute email campaigns using platforms such as ActiveCampaign to support partnership outreach
Write and optimize email copy focused on engagement and conversion
Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and formats to improve performance
Manage segmentation and campaign execution to ensure effective targeting
Pipeline Management & Reporting
Track outreach activity, responses, and conversions to maintain a structured and healthy pipeline
Monitor performance metrics across outreach and email campaigns
Identify areas for improvement and continuously optimize workflows and messaging
AI Utilization & Optimization
Leverage AI tools to improve outreach messaging, email campaigns, and workflow efficiency
Continuously iterate on prompts and outputs to increase quality and speed of execution
Experience
2+ years of experience in partnership outreach, marketing, or lead generation roles
Proven experience executing outbound outreach (email and/or social media) and securing partnerships
Experience using email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign or similar tools
Skills
Strong copywriting skills for outreach and email campaigns with a focus on conversion
Ability to build and manage outbound workflows and pipelines independently
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity and output
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High level of ownership, self-sufficiency, and ability to operate with minimal oversight
Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Consistent generation of high-quality partnerships through outbound efforts
Strong pipeline of scheduled webinars and collaborative opportunities
High-performing email campaigns with improving open and conversion rates
Efficient and optimized outreach workflows that scale over time
Effective use of AI tools to increase output and improve results
