Role Overview
Drive the company’s sustainable growth by generating, converting, and expanding commercial opportunities in the United States and Colombian markets, positioning the company’s solutions as leaders in their category. The role will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building strategic relationships with key clients, and actively contributing to the achievement of revenue, international expansion, and brand positioning goals.


Requirements
- Experience in sales, IT companies, or HR services.
- Profile can be a sales professional, ideally a hunter-type Account Executive or Sales Hunter with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
- US clients
- English proficiency


Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation (Top of Funnel)
Prospect and qualify leads across both markets (U.S. and Colombia).

Sales Conversion & Closing (Revenue)
Participate in the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

Account Expansion (Growth & Upselling)
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

Strategic Relationship Development
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Market Intelligence & Feedback
Gather market and customer insights to improve the value proposition.
KPI: Number of actionable insights reported.
OKR: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the pitch and product.

Brand Positioning & Representation
Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking activities.

CRM Management & Forecasting
Keep the sales pipeline and forecasts accurate and up to date.


Compensation
Base: $3,000,000 COP/month

Commission:
- 10% (1st deal)
- 12% (2º)
- 15% (3+)
- Bonus for recurring customer
